INTENSIVE EMDR THERAPY

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Intensives are structured, short-term therapy sessions designed to help clients process trauma in a concentrated and efficient manner. Instead of weekly sessions, EMDR Intensives offer multiple extended sessions over a shorter period, allowing for deeper and more rapid processing of traumatic memories.

Benefits of Intensive EMDR Therapy

- Focused Trauma Processing: You can make significant progress in a condensed timeframe.

- Efficient Healing: You return to your day-to-day with the trauma work completed, allowing for less time in weekly therapy and more time to enjoy your life.

How it Works

Reach out to me to learn more and discuss if an EMDR Intensive is right for you. During the initial consultation, I will review your history, learn more about you and your goals, and assess your readiness for Intensive EMDR Therapy.

Depending on your needs and goals, we will schedule 1-4 days of Intensive EMDR therapy.

This intensive experience will be intense, but research shows it can be as effective as months of therapy completed in a short time, allowing you to get back to your life quickly.
