Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy with over 35 years of extensive research proving it to be an effective treatment for PTSD, C-PTSD. EMDR has also been shown to be effective in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating disorders and many other concerns.

EMDR helps the brain resume and complete its natural healing process. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR does not require that you speak in detail about the past. Often in less time than other therapies, EMDR brings relief from distress and allows new, positive perspectives to take root.
