Intuitive Eating begins with three important ideas: first, that we are born with the ability to know when we are hungry and when we have had enough to eat; second, that we are born with a set point that predetermines our body size; and, third, any attempts to control the size of our body through restricting food or compensating with exercise will lead to disordered eating and an unhealthy relationship with food.
By learning and practicing the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating, you will rebuild your trust in yourself and restore your relationship with food and your body.
