How do I schedule an appointment?

Sessions are $300/hour.

I am in network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, NYU Student Health Insurance (CHP), and Wellfleet.

If your insurance benefits include out-of-network coverage, I can furnish you with a statement (“superbill”) to submit for potential reimbursement.

I am currently meeting all clients virtually. I am licensed to work with clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

I love working with adult clients who are feeling stuck moving through past trauma and/or loss (including PTSD and C-PTSD). I also enjoy helping clients through anxiety, depression, relationship issues & setting boundaries.

I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. As the appointment time has been set aside just for you, there will be a charge for any session canceled within 24 hours.
