Do you see clients in person or virtually?

I am currently meeting all clients virtually. I am licensed to work with clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?

I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. As the appointment time has been set aside just for you, there will be a charge for any session canceled within 24 hours.
Who do you work with?

I love working with adult clients who are feeling stuck moving through past trauma and/or loss, including PTSD and C-PTSD. I also enjoy helping clients through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and setting boundaries.
What are your fees? Do you take my insurance?

I am in-network with the following insurance companies: Aetna and Wellfleet NYU Student Health Insurance. If your insurance benefits include out-of-network coverage, I can furnish you with a statement (“superbill”) to submit for potential reimbursement.
How much do EMDR Intensives cost? Does my insurance cover intensives?

EMDR Intensives are not covered by insurance. The investment for intensive therapy is high, however, because you are able to make so much progress so quickly, it can be the more cost effective option for someone who wants to finish therapy as efficiently as possible.
